Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your workshop place. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Workshop availability is limited and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand plans can change. The following terms apply: Customer Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the workshop are eligible for: a full refund, or rescheduling to another session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Business Cancellations If Braid&Bond needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered: a full refund, or transfer to another available session. 3. Consumer Guarantees Our services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under consumer protection legislation. If a workshop is not delivered with due care and skill or cannot be provided as booked, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with applicable law. 4. Participant Responsibility Participants agree to: follow workshop instructions and safety guidance supervise any children in their care advise of any allergies or sensitivities to hair products prior to the session use equipment responsibly Braid&Bond accepts no responsibility for injury or damage resulting from misuse of tools or failure to follow instructions. 5. Photography & Media Workshops may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Participants will be notified and may opt out at any time. 6. Late Arrival Policy Workshops start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss parts of the session and sessions will not be extended. No refunds are provided for missed content due to late arrival. 7. Private & Group Bookings Private workshops may require a deposit or minimum booking fee. Specific terms will be provided at time of booking. Venue requirements and responsibilities will be agreed prior to confirmation. 8.
